OUR UNIT

We have modern facilities of 5,000 sq.m. with spacious common areas, designed for the care and well-being of our guests:

Garden/Courtyard: A large, accessible garden around the perimeter of the building, suitably landscaped for walks, with benches and pergolas for relaxation.
Reception/Lounge: A functional and welcoming space, designed for the convenience of guests and visitors.
Relaxation Area on each floor, as well as a specially designed area for watching films.
Dining rooms and gathering areas on each floor for feeding and daily service of guests.
Outdoor heated swimming pool with hydromassage and shower.
Indoor heated swimming pool & fully equipped physiotherapy area.

SPACES - ACCOMMODATION

We offer bright single/suites, double and quadruple, with large balcony doors and large balconies.
They have a hospital electric reclining bed or a hotel-type bed with an orthopaedic mattress.
All rooms have a private bathroom, specially equipped for people with disabilities.
Full heating and cooling is provided in all areas.
A landline telephone and electronic notification system are provided for nursing staff.
Large 43" TV with wireless headphones for each guest.

PHYSICAL THERAPY & HYDROTHERAPY UNIT

The unit features state-of-the-art specialized rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise equipment, supporting personalized protocols for physical therapy, neuromuscular retraining, and functional rehabilitation.

An indoor heated pool with hydromassage features a model aquatic therapy pathway for easy access, along with a fully equipped kinesiotherapy area — ideal for rehabilitation and well-being.
